We recommend approximately one serving per guest, plus a small buffer if you’d like to accommodate seconds or unexpected guests.

Important booking information
- One serving equals one 6 oz cup of handcrafted garrafa ice cream.
- Event packages are priced according to the number of servings reserved, regardless of how many servings are consumed during the event.
- Scoop & Soul currently serves events on Saturdays and Sundays only.
- All reservations must be submitted at least two weeks before your event date.
- Travel or delivery fees may apply depending on your event location.
- Signature flavors require an additional charge and count toward your package’s flavor limit.
- Your event is officially reserved once availability has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received.
